Usual nonsense from @HMRCcustomers - accused of trying to do something wrong, did what they said to rectify, told to wait 10 days, then wait on hold for 30 minutes to be told I need to do something else. Then where I ask what I need to do, they hang up on me. Utter shambles.

Disappointing form from @marksandspencer - bought a three pack of bras in store, one is faulty. Advised I must send all three back in the post, at my own cost, so they can “check them” (even though I have proof) before they will refund. Then have to rebuy bras and pay postage!!
