@NottsCC What about harrassing a vulnerable person in a care home with debt collection letters, when her family are trying to go through the legal channels to gain control to sell her home to pay care costs but are thawted at every turn??

Shopping bags are freely available and surveillance cameras are easily accessible to the young and fit. I don’t condone this sort of behaviour, I’m merely pointing out it is occurring in some areas. Obviously don’t share this post as that will encourage others.
