@AbeniAde_ I don't think this will be a problem. To put it in context, Ibadan as a city is 3x the size of lagos (a state). the population of lagos is about 5x the population of ibadan.

If people come and spread across the city (and oyo state) it won't be a problem.

Oyo has a lot of great towns apart from Ibadan, and Ibadan itself is very very big.

So let them come.
