Nigeria is a country of over 200 million people, and the only person you think is the most competent is Peter Obi.
If Peter Obi is the best option we have, then I would rather have Tinubu rule us for 20 years.
A leader should be an able to answer how and what they can do differently..
No sir, you can’t criticize all government policies and not give solutions to them..
It’s very obvious you don’t want people to vote you that is why you want to keep your plans to your chest, it’s not a secret affair, we want to know what you’re going to do differently..
I watched the podcast with Rufai, it wasn’t inspiring!
Whenever we criticize this man, his supporters scream hatred, tribalism or bias.
But how can someone aspiring to be President of Nigeria give answers that are this shallow, illogical and completely devoid of substance and still expect to escape criticism?
Even a Local Government Chairman would think twice before responding to serious questions in such a disastrous manner. Yet, we are expected to entrust the affairs of over 200 million people to someone who struggles with basic policy questions.
Nobody would have criticized him for simply admitting he had no answer. It is far better to say, "I don't know," than to step into the public arena and repeatedly expose a shocking lack of depth and preparedness.
This is not hatred.
This is accountability.
Anyone seeking the highest office in the land must be ready to face scrutiny when their own words continually raise questions about their competence.
Thank you, Theo, for your response in your capacity as Director of Communication for the @NigeriaNDCHQ.
Now, let me take you to school.
Firstly, your response actually proves the very points I made.
You spent several paragraphs telling Nigerians that Peter Obi has a plan, but not a single paragraph explaining what that plan actually is. Instead, you asked Nigerians to wait until INEC opens the campaign window before they can hear the details. That is a remarkable position to take for a candidate who has been campaigning on the promise of “consumption to production” for years. If after all this time the plan is still “coming soon,” then preparedness is being treated as a future event rather than a present reality.
You also attempted to rewrite history. Advocating opposition cooperation was never the same thing as certifying Peter Obi’s capacity to govern Nigeria. Political alliances are electoral calculations; they are not performance reviews. The fact that some people once considered him a potentially useful coalition partner does not exempt him from scrutiny when he seeks the highest office in the land.
More importantly, you claim that no one can credibly argue he failed to articulate his plans during the interview. Yet when asked repeatedly about power, security, economic recovery, and implementation, his consistent response was “trust me bro”.
Nigerians already know what a better Nigeria looks like. What they are demanding is a detailed explanation of how to get there. And Peter Obi, in that interview, failed at telling Nigerians how to get there.
The strongest indictment of your response is that you did not refute a single substantive criticism that I raised about the interview. You simply assured Nigerians that answers exist somewhere but in the future😂.
You people are very stup!d and [email protected] audacity to support a man who did not even add 1 power plant in 3 years yet criticizing a man who is committed to doing so is something else....
Saying you will generate, transmit and distribute 10k MW of electricity in 4 years is a lot of commitment. The sort that’d cost you upwards of $30b. That you saw it in Egypt and Indonesia won’t make it cheaper. If it did, I saw it in Germany in 2016, it still isn’t cheaper.
When you are asked how? The answer cannot be “just trust me”. This is not, “I love you. I’ll be there for you” stuff. Even that comes at a cost. Love isn’t free.
In separate interviews with Seun Okinbaloye and Rufai Oseni, @PeterObi has refused to answer how.
Because he doesn’t know how. And if he ever does learn how, he still won’t admit what it would take to get those 10k MW into homes. He doesn’t have it in him to utter uncomfortable truths.
His entire political identity since The Platform platformed him is governance as goody-goody. Governance without cost. Governance without painful decisions. Politics of Lamba. Governance of castles in the sky. The governance he couldn’t practise as governor. Because it doesn’t exist.
I'm getting disappointed with Peter Obi.
If Peter Obi truly loves Nigeria, then he should tell Nigerians how he would tackle insecurity instead of waiting until he becomes President.
Rufai asked him a direct question about his plans to address insecurity, and once again, he declined to give a clear answer.
At this point, one has to ask: if he genuinely loves this country and has solutions to the security crisis, why keep them to himself?
Nigerians are dying every day. Communities are being attacked. Families are living in fear.
If he knows what needs to be done, he should help the government and the nation by sharing those ideas now. Saving lives should come before politics.
Nigeria needs solutions today, not after the next election.
You can see how stupid I sound? You can't defend this master strategist without sounding really stup!d..
DHQ PRESS RELEASE
TROOPS RESCUE WIFE OF FORMER DIRECTOR DEFENCE INFORMATION FROM BANDITS
Troops of the Nigerian Army with the support of the Nigerian Air Force have successfully rescued Mrs Amina Abubakar, wife of the late Major General Rabe Abubakar and former Director Defence Information, who was abducted by bandits alongside her husband a few weeks ago.
The rescue operation followed intensified search-and-rescue efforts conducted by troops of Operation FASAN YAMMA. During sustained offensive operations and pressure mounted on the criminal elements, troops made contact with the bandits at Tunga Village, leading to the successful recovery of Mrs Abubakar.
In the course of the encounter, the bandits shot Mrs Abubakar before abandoning her and fleeing due to the overwhelming pressure from advancing troops.
Mrs Abubakar was immediately evacuated and is currently receiving medical attention at a military hospital, where she is responding to treatment.
The leadership of the Armed Forces of Nigeria remain committed to ensuring her full recovery and is providing all necessary support to her family during this difficult period.
Troops will continue ongoing operations to track down and neutralise the perpetrators, while intensifying efforts to rid affected communities of terrorists not just in Katsina but in the entire nation.

“Any society where you see people in government doing better than entrepreneurs, is a failed country. That’s why our country is failing” — NDC Presidential Candidate, Peter Obi
Without Northern Nigeria addressing the following:
Religious extremism
Child marriage
Almajiranci
Terrorism is not going anywhere. Northern Nigeria is the silicon valley of terrorism due to all 3. If we kill a million terrorists, a million more will rise from their midst.
Senator Adams Oshiomhole, the decision to vote for the NDC and by extension, our party’s presidential candidate, HE Peter Obi rests solely with the Nigerian people.
For the past 11 years, your party has failed them. This is not rhetorics, it is the lived reality of millions of citizens burdened by hardship, broken promises, and deepening despair.
Many Nigerians who voted for opposition parties in 2023 did not anticipate, let alone experience, the scale of economic pain and governance failure that has since unfolded.
Yet today, as more citizens become politically conscious and profoundly disenchanted with the ruling party, you suggest that the leading opposition Party’s candidate, Mr. Peter Obi, will somehow command fewer votes?
Your position, Adams, reflects a disconnect from realities.
Oshiomhole, it is time to wake up and smell the coffee. What is coming is heavy and a thousand men like you or anyone else cannot stop it.
An idea whose time has come is unstoppable. The wind of change is gathering strength, and no amount of denial or political manoeuvring can reverse it.
In 2027, the NDC will form the next government of Nigeria. We will work diligently for the Nigerian people, restore hope, and deliver the future they truly deserve.
The choice belongs to the people and not you Oshiomhole.
And then those of you who were quiet during Buhari's eight perilous and devastating years and have suddenly found your voices now, you are also very foolish. Stupid bigots. Don't think anyone considers you as allies. You know what you are doing.
Seun keeps doing this all the time....invite people to his platform to come and lie against Obi without fact checking them.... Bakassi boys were not in operation during Peter Obi.... If you can't fact check them, don't bring Obi's name unto the matter in the first place.
Peter Obi couldn’t fix security in Anambra State, he couldn’t control the Bakassi Boys, who got out of control.
Tinubu will win in 2027 hands down, and this boy will not get the votes he got before.
~ Senator Adams Oshiomhole says
Anyone who supports Kwankwaso and Peter Obi is not doing it for personal gain or money.
Those who truly know Peter Obi know he is not known for distributing money to win support. The same applies to Kwankwaso—his support base is not built on financial influence.
So, when you see people in the Obi/Kwankwaso movement, you know it is not about material gain. It is about conviction, belief, and a sense of competence and credibility.
It is about what people are convinced of and what they believe is right. ✊🇳🇬
