LANDMARK LEGISLATION
Earlier today, I presided over the Committee of the Whole House, where the House passed the Delta State Film and Video Censors Board Bill, 2024 (HB. 12).

This Bill provides an institutional framework to regulate films, video works, and cinematography within the State. The passage of this Bill will create employment opportunities window in the film industry for our people and boost our revenue.

It was a colorful event with an amazing ambiance, and it promises to be an exciting time for both participants and spectators. I wish everyone the best of luck and hope our own Team Delta emerges as the champion again.
