“میں نے اپنی زندگی میں پاکستان میں نافذ کیے گئے تمام مارشل لأ یعنی ایوب خان ، یحیٰی خان ، ضیاء الحق اور مشرف کا مارشل لا دیکھے ہیں۔ یحیٰی خان اور ضیاءالحق کا مارشل لا پاکستان کی تاریخ کا بدترین مارشل لاء تھا جس میں جمہوریت کو بالکل روند دیا گیا تھا۔ مشرف اس حوالے سے قدرے لبرل تھا۔ جو کچھ آج ملک میں جمہوریت کے نام پر ہو رہا ہے اسکا موازنہ صرف اور صرف یحیٰی خان کے دور سے کیا جا سکتا ہے۔ مارشل لأ میں سب سے پہلے جمہوریت، آزاد عدلیہ اور آزاد میڈیا کا گلا گھونٹا جاتا ہے تاکہ آمر کی غلط کاریوں پر کوئی بھی آواز بلند کرنے والا نہ ہو ۔ آزاد میڈیا چونکہ تنقید کرتا ہے اس لیے اسکی آواز بند کی جاتی ہے عدلیہ کیونکہ غلط فیصلوں پر ایکشن لینے کا حق رکھتی ہے اس لیے اسکے اختیارات بھی سلب کر لیے جاتے ہیں ۔ آج اس جمہوریت کی آڑ میں نافذ اس مارشل لا میں یہ تمام فسطائی حربے بدرجہ اتم موجود ہیں ۔ یہ کیسی جمہوریت ہے جس میں پاکستان کی سب سے مقبول اور بڑی پارٹی کے چئیرمین کا نام تک میڈیا پر لینے پر پابندی ہے؟

جیسے حمود الرحمان کمیشن کی رپورٹ کے ذریعے واضح ہوا تھا کہ یحیٰی خان نے اپنی طاقت اور اقتدار کی خاطر ملک کے نظام کو تہس نہس کیا وہی کام آج بھی کیا جا رہا ہے۔ فارم 47 کی بوگس اور فراڈ حکومت کو بچانے کے لیے تحریک انصاف کو مسلسل کچلا جا رہا ہے اور ملک میں جمہوریت، قانون کی حکمرانی اور عدلیہ کی آزادی کا جنازہ نکال دیا گیا ہے۔ شہباز شریف صرف اور صرف جنرل عاصم منیر کی ایک کٹھ پتلی اور اردلی ہے، اس سے زیادہ طاقت ور وزیراعظم تو مشرف دور میں شوکت عزیز تھا کیونکہ کم از کم تب انتخابات میں اس سطح کی دھاندلی نہیں کی گئی تھی جیسی فروری 2024 میں کی گئی۔ دھاندلی کی پیداوار فارم 47 کے سہارے کھڑا ناجائز لیکن ناتواں ٹولہ دراصل حکومت کے نام پر ایک دھبہ ہے۔

القادر ٹرسٹ کا فیصلہ صرف اور صرف پچھلے کیسز کی طرح میرے اوپر دباو ڈالنے کے لیے لٹکایا جا رہا ہے مگر میں مطالبہ کرتا ہوں کہ یہ فیصلہ فوری طور پر جاری کیا جائے کیونکہ جیسے پہلے عدت کیس اور سائفر کیس میں آپ کا منہ کالا ہوا اب بھی وہی ہو گا ۔

القادر کیس بالکل ایک بوگس کیس ہے جس میں دور دور تک کوئی میرٹ نہیں۔ میں نے کوئی بلاول ہاؤس نہیں بنوایا بلکہ ایک دور دراز دیہات میں قوم کے بچوں کے مستقبل کی خاطر ایک فلاحی ادارہ قائم کیا جس سے مجھے ایک روپے کا فائدہ نہیں ہوا اور نہ ہونا ہے- القادر ٹرسٹ یونیورسٹی بھی شوکت خانم اور نمل یونیورسٹی کی طرح ایک عوامی مدد سے چلنے والا فلاحی ادارہ ہے-
میں واضع طور پہ کہنا چاہتا ہوں کہ میں نواز شریف اور زرداری کی طرح این آر او نہیں لوں گا۔ اور عدالتوں سے اپنے کیسز ختم کروائیں گے۔
بشری بی بی کا کسی سے کوئی رابطہ نہیں ہے۔ یہ محض پراپگنڈا ہے۔ ہماری مذاکراتی کمیٹی ہی ان معاملات کو دیکھ رہی ہے ۔ اسلام آباد قتل عام کو 6 ہفتے ہو چکے ہیں، ہمارے گمشدہ افراد کو لیکر حکومت کی طرف سے کوئی پیش رفت نہیں کی گئی۔ یہ مذاکرات کی کامیابی میں حکومت کی غیر سنجیدگی کا منہ بولتا ثبوت ہے ۔

پاکستان میں معیشت کا حال بدترین ہے ۔ گروتھ ریٹ صفر ہے مصنوعی طریقے سے ڈالر کو قابو میں رکھنا کوئی معاشی کامیابی نہیں ہوتی۔ ملک میں ترقی صرف سرمایہ کاری سے آتی ہے اور سرمایہ کاری کبھی ایسے ملک میں نہیں آتی جہاں قانون کا وجود ہی فوت ہو چکا ہو ، عدالتیں آزاد نہ ہوں ، دہشتگردی ہو اور جہاں اصل عوامی نمائندگان حکومت کی بجائے جیلوں میں ہوں۔ ایسا ملک کبھی ترقی کر ہی نہیں پایا-“

Non-chaotic means of engagements for PTI:
1. Elections. But the Establishment provided no freedom of assembly or association to PTI to campaign and on top of that stole and rigged the elections.
2. Parliament. But even post rigging, the Establishment ensured PTI is not recognized as a party nor given reserve seats. On top of it legislation is done through abducting and intimidating parliamentarians.
3. Judiciary. But as soon as the Establishment saw that Judges with opposing views might lead the Supreme Court and act independent of any pressure, it fractured judicial autonomy and cherry picked judges to get predetermined outcomes.
4. Legacy and Social Media. But the Establishment made sure that through censorship, intimidation, restrictions and bans only that is aired/published/shared what is allowed and if somone till manages to speak their minds then persecute and prosecute them.
PTI has had a history of protests, seeking confrontation and having a my way or the highway approach. But today it is the Establishment itself that has pushed PTI towards protest and the country towards chaos by not allowing any breathing space and not even trying to build any illusion of democracy. This arrogance of the Establishment is not rooted in any popularity and acceptance amongst the masses but on its ability to control and terrorise the masses. This is not sustainable and change is inevitable. Whether change comes through chaos or peaceful transition is in the hands of Establishment. We must not be confused where the actual blame lies.

I've had times when l've felt like I was drowning. I couldn't breathe, I couldn't see.
But somehow, I always kept one finger above the water & bcz of keeping that tiny bit of hope when nothing was going my way, something always came along and pulled me out.

Some experiences and pains won't ever go away. You can never be totally healed.
Use that unhealed hurt and pain to be considerate, compassionate, kind and empathetic. Okay?

Today in a marquee filled with 80% men and a speakers' list consisting of 99% male voices the most popular, loved, bold and honest voice was that of a woman, Rabia Bajwa. She spoke of the sacrifices of ZAB and MBBS and questioned Bilawal's support of the proposed 26th Amendment & military courts on which a handful of PPP affiliated lawyers gathered around the podium and interrupted her. One PPP affiliated member of the KBA Cabinet walked up and snatched the mic away from Rabia Bajwa and said "If anyone speaks against our Chairman then party policy is not to allow it." The KBA General Secretary later requested Rabia Bajwa to continue but not talk about politics on which Rabia stood by her principles and said if she will speak her words will not be dictated. The rest of the afternoon kept resounding with chants of "Rabia! Rabia!" regardless of whoever the speaker was. Unfortunate that not only did PPP do it's best to try and pass the Amendment in the dark of the night it is also on the agenda to throttle any open and honest discussion on the same.

What do you want in life?

This is a hard question.
But I'd say that I want it less complicated.
I want it simple.
Say what you feel and do what makes you comfortable.
I want to be around things and people that make it easier.

یہ جلسہ پی ٹی آئی نے بغیر خان کے کیا اور تمام تر پابندیوں اور مشکلات کے باوجود کیا۔ ن لیگ اور پی پی پی تو اقتدار میں ہیں۔ کیا ن لیگ بغیر کسی شریف اور پی پی پی بغیر کسی بٹھو کے اس جلسے کی آدھی تعداد بھی اکٹھی کر سکتی ہیں؟ عوام نہیں بھولے کے ۸ فروری کو کیا ہوا تھا۔ کوئی اور دے نا دے عوام اپنے ووٹ کو عزت دینا جانتی ہے۔
