We lie to make our abuser look better than they are!

We empaths are very good at manipulating reality too.
We call it tolerance.

Narcissists love that.
They see we’re good at bending reality, so they attach.

Break that habit. Stop lying!
Always tell the truth even when it’s ugly.
Especially then.

When you get honest, they get bored and leave(or frustrate you so you leave).

It’ll hurt.
But it’s good hurt.

Let go.

They thrive in chaos and drama. If none exists, they create it.
Some are sneaky about it. Others don't bother hiding it.

Cutting off these energy vampires cannot be overstated.
