@empathyisntdead It certainly doesn't feel like avoidants would be the minority. Seems like most people are avoidant and behave in a detached manner and when we want attention we are perceived as clingy. In reality it is human nature to desire connection. We naturally move in groups

Which is why u dont often find people recognizing silent treatment & other avoidant behaviors as manipulative. It is more often implied that the silent ones are the ✨victims✨—
