Mid runners like me make 11 - 15 mins

They don't have in uilt concrete mixers. The concrete mixing truck dumps the ready mix concrete inside a hopper in slip form machine, while the machine forms the median or curbs as required.

The gomaco machines in these pictures you posted are more advanced than the one in that lady’s video, the ones in your picture have in-built concrete mixers while the machine in her own video, they are manually using a bucket to scoop the concrete from another truck, and lastly, the mouth (mold) of a gomaco machine can be changed to what you want to form, be it U-shaped gutter or inverted Y-shaped curbs
