@hexsteph If it’s a minor toe (not the big one) buddy tape it to one next to it using it as a splint. Any pain/ discomfort when moving it? Probably best to get some imaging just to rule out any major damage.

@Deligracy Hi Deli,follower and podiatrist here,depends what your problems are but at home using a pumice stone on hard skin after shower, careful not to take too much,applying a foot moisturiser daily ,if very dry a Urea based cream.Good footwear also important and drying well between toes
