High intensity cardio first thing in the morning will spike your cortisol
You’ll have less cortisol left for the rest of the day, which lowers your anxiety chemically
The more stressful the cardio, the better the effect for rest of day
Also work on cutting out stimulants if you’re a caffeine drinker etc
