I genuinely do not think I am capable of making new friends. It's a different thing to meet new people I connect with but to
nurture friendships with these new people? I think I am maxed out.
One of my biggest prayers is,
"May I never lack."
Be it money, genuine love, support, or opportunities.
May i always have what I need when I need it.🙏🏽
I literally HAD TO FIGHT MY WAY OUT OF THAT DARK SPACE IN LIFE AND I REFUSE TO LET ANYONE TAKE ME BACK!!! That goes for family, friends, relationships. I CANNOT LOSE ME ANYMORE !!!
I genuinely hope life is kind to everyone who has been kind to me. The ones who showed up for me, who loved me well and made my life better just by being in it. I hope good things find you. I hope your days are full of peace, love and everything you have been praying for.
you can't teach CONSIDERATION. it’s either a person NATURALLY thinks about you and how something will affect your feelings, your comfort, your safety, your peace of mind, and your heart or they DON'T.
all relationships can survive mistakes, but they cannot survive patterns. Repeated behavior isn't a mistake, it's a decision, apologies lose meaning when the actions never change
I have a deep appreciation for people who never misuse the access they have to others. People who understand that closeness does not give them permission to cross boundaries. They know there is alwavs a line that must be respected, even when familiarity makes it easy to ignore🫂
some things don't go back to normal, even after an apology. once you've seen how someone can hurt you, you can't unsee it. you can forgive, and even laugh together like nothing happened, but a part of you will always remember how it felt, and that changes everything.
one of the quietest signs of emotional maturity is the ability to feel something intensely and choose not to act on it immediately. sit with it. sleep on it. let the heat settle before you decide what it means and whether it needs to be said.
I JUST HEARD SOMEONE SAY, “MAYBE YOU DON’T NEED MORE TIME TO HEAL, MAYBE YOU NEED MORE EXPERIENCES THAT SHOW YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM A DIFFERENT REALITY,” AND YEAH… IT ECHOED IN ME
On December 11, we’re having an honest conversation about why “Inclusive Employment” isn’t truly inclusive, and why we need to stop pretending it is. Real talk, real experiences, real solutions.
