@LifeWthCat @kryptic_crypto @XRPtheorist @CynthiaMLummis from my understanding, anybody can run a Validator, been a Trusted Validator, comes with high availability, agreement with the network, timeliness, and identification. But it does seem to be Ripple selects the unl validators at the eod
