Yesterday a person at the call centre for @BritishGas stated thousands of people were waiting for parts , today another call centre worker stated our 1 month wait was nothing as there are some still waiting 6 months later. Not the defense you should run with.

Absolute shoddy service from @BritishGas to fix our fridge - issue is broken seal - its taken a month so far ! Stunningly bad service from customer service. Home appliance cover is not worth the money we are charged considering how long it takes.

How many of @RishiSunak and @trussliz promises are completely empty and a means to get to the top job ? They're promising and back peddling alot at the moment. Let's not forget these 2 have been in cabinet when alot of UK's issues started and continue to this day.
