I can confirm, I've actually done this exact thing several times in my life with homeless people who were freaking out. Happened once when I was living in LA walking to lunch. A homeless dude was acting strange and getting in people's faces and when it got to my turn,

I agree. Your paranoid delusional fear makes you the real victim. It counts as the same as having someone actually harm you. We should go punish them because of a nightmare you had.
You think you deserve a good living for being an artist, with the mechanism being locking down all art behind paywalls and permissionwalls. I think you deserve a good living for being human, while all art and information should be free to share and re-use, the universal library.
