Windows 10, even with the Long Paths setting enabled, seems to barf when using Explorer to open a file that's too deep into a file share. Windows 11 appears to not be affected by this at all out-of-the-box
Setting the Google Chrome Content GPO "Block notifications on these sites" to * seems to be evaluated as the equivalent of enabling the policy "Default notification setting" = "Do not allow any site to show desktop notifications."

You can turn this off with Group Policy by installing the Edge admx policy templates and then set Computer Configuration->Policies->Administrative Templates->Microsoft Edge->Enable Follow service in Microsoft Edge to Disabled
When you install FreePBX, you very quickly get presented a list of all the modules that need updating. I'm not certain, but I'm pretty certain when you have a fresh install of 2302, allowing it to upgrade everything at this point kills it.
I tell you what *does* seem to work - using GPO to simply disable the netbios service. This seems to do the job (without needing a powershell script to turn it off on all interfaces)
Bug in Edge 122.1722.34 and newer (as of today): when using the sidebar to side-view a page, clicking "Open link in new tab" results in the new tab showing about:blank.
