Recently, I watched a video where a guy proudly said he spent ₹370 on biryani for a woman. Later, when she asked him to drop her home, he joked, "(paisa vasool karke chhorunga)."
That one sentence told me everything about his mindset.
Some people don't take women on dates because they enjoy their company.They take women on dates because they expect a return on investment. And the irony? The same people are often the first to call women "gold diggers."
The amount doesn't matter ₹370 or ₹3,700. The moment you think spending money gives you rights over someone's body, you've stopped seeing them as a person and started seeing them as a transaction.
Maybe before calling women gold diggers, some men should ask themselves why they think a plate of biryani comes with access to someone's body.
And that's exactly the problem.
Vaibhav Suryavanshi - I was an RCB fan before, and a hardcore Virat Kohli fan. When he put his hand on my shoulder and spoke to me, it genuinely felt like a dream. The way he was talking, it didn't even feel like I was speaking to Virat Kohli himself.
Why are you calling him and obsessed and jilted lover? He has been harassing and molesting her for a while now. She is 17. Call him a pedophile. That’s what he is.
Watched Maa Behen yesterday and the thing is you can pretend on social media as much as you want but in reality that's the narrative a zillion women face.
Judged for something as simple as sleevless blouse, for not being a crybaby, for building a life and ultimately whatever allegations mother faced is passed on to her daughters.
Tripti Dimri is such a wonderful actress! Every time I see her acting being praised it makes me soo happy. 🥹🥹
She tries. She experiments. She succeeds. She falters. She gets up, brushes herself off, and moves on. She knows that not everything will work, and that's the sign of a really good actor.
Sona Mohapatra.
She hasn't vanished, but she is seen less frequently in Bollywood albums, which is a huge disappointment because she has given us memorable songs such as Ambarsariya, jiya Lage na, bekhauff etc. and I believe Neha bhasin & Sona, both have a solid range.
do you have a song where you hear it and start wondering where did the artist vanish after giving such a banger? someone who should have made so much more music?
@manujboorita You get me!
I still remember when I watched this movie for the first time as a kid it gave me goosebumps cz it was such an amazing movie.
Well, the era is gone...these kind of characters and movies probably won't be made again.
