For those of you puzzled by the aforementioned with only a relation to Outlier, I can help with onboarding steps also.

Get crucified for telling people you’re the son of God? Maybe they had this idea of who they expected God to be like and you fell short of that.
Get mocked for sharing your faith? Maybe being saved to them depicts a level of success and a lifestyle of ease you don’t portray.
Get Robbed? The person probably needed the money for something important or perhaps life threatening
Get hit by a drunk driver? Maybe he/ she was so depressed that they needed to numb themself and still find a way to go about normal activities simultaneously
Get harassed and extorted by police? Well, maybe the said officers are trying to ensure they go back home with something
Get Raped? Well maybe the person just couldn’t control themself from having being indulged from a young age in the very act
After all, Empathy shown towards the victim in most cases can also be extended towards the perpetrators via perspectives such as (They’ve got a family to feed too, or they’re human also)
