@British_Airways Would love to contact them but no one answers the phone line, have tried multiple times today with no answer. Appreciate call volumes are high due to the number of people left frustrated by these cancellations but if we can’t speak to anyone how do we resolve this?

@virginmedia internet keeps dropping daily, having to restart router to get internet. Called support and can’t send technician as no fault apparently. How do I get someone to fix my equipment/connection?

@virginmedia No idea... had to call up and argue to get my appointment rebooked. FYI your text service is not accurate! If something is not convenient doesn’t mean it should be cancelled! There should be an option to reschedule

@virginmedia Yes I have tried these steps, both wired and wireless connections drop. Router is under the stairs with my other devices but wired connection drops which is concerning.
