@yukaaVT Btw thereโs tons of variations on those six exercises so if you donโt want to do one thereโs plenty of options. I hate the classic deadlift and squat, so I do Romanian deadlifts and hack squats. Good luck on your fitness journey!
@yukaaVT Like others have said, walking on the treadmill is great. I also recommend looking up a 3 day a week full body program if you want to start lifting weights. Typically it will have the 6 basic movements. Squat, bench press, shoulder press, deadlift, row, and pull-up.
