@Wickes have spent a fortnight trying to receive a refund on a bathroom suite you can longer deliver, the customer service via telephone advised to go to store with the card and receipt. Store states we have no tills no can do. Which team is lying and withholding my money??

@DWP explain to me. Man gets signed of by doctor under mental health concerns. You give him £318 a week daily living minus £317 esa... plus he has to pay back £78 for the interim payment... I can see why people hang themselves, you WILL be at fault when he does the same.

@ThreeUK try to cancel the contract and get stuck on hold continuously. Spoken too 3 people so far. Disgusting customer service shall be pleased when I am finally free.

@ThreeUKSupport Sarcasm doesn't suit. Dry wit and humour is not going to take away from the fact that your call handlers speak very poor English, understand very little english. Have no clue which department to transfer you to. Cannot work out how to answer a call and are frankly rude!

And finally the contract is cancelled. Still shall receive a final bill at full cost to thank me for the years of loyal customer service and multiple accounts. How wonderful smh

@BBCWatchdog @vauxhall please contact me worh the lost of the few van you are deciding is on the recall list, and of course what the extreme list of requirements are to actually get the work done. So far I've spend 14000 on repairs. Your Van's are beyond awful! Never had this with a transit.
