@ASOS_HeretoHelp I have been charged 2 extra times on an order that I have just placed. Twice through PayPal which stated they were failed payment methods but has taken my money?
@loveholidays why have I just got in touch with my Hotel to make sure my booking is confirmed for my holiday in 4 weeks time booked through YOUR company & I’ve just been told there are no reservations under my name?! You have taken my money how is that legal?
Work from home if you can, but if you can't, don't. But do. If you can. Or don’t. But don't take the tube. Unless you have to. Drive or walk. But take the tube if you can’t. You can go to a park tomorrow. But not today. We might go to level 3. But might not. We’ll see.
We want to thank you all for sharing this and getting the word out there. Social media is a powerhouse, for good or bad. We also want to point out that the Philippines is a hell of a country and its people are phenomenal. We’ll be back out as soon as we possibly can.
We may be on our way home but there are still a hell of a lot of people stuck and when we get back to the UK, the work won’t stop on getting the rest back home. We intend to work with news outlets to keep raising awareness. We also need to keep questioning those in charge.
And on that flight we got. After a long, stressful day dealing with the sweeper flight and an unorganised Manila airport, we are currently up in the air heading to Doha for a 16 hour (😵) layover before our second leg to Heathrow.
Let’s be honest, we went to our friends and family as advised and now we’re being threatened to be rejected from the flight if we can’t verify the credit card. THEY HAVE OUR £3000, WE ARE GETTING ON THAT FLIGHT.
Last night we were emailed to say we had been accepted on to a sweeper flight from Cebu to Manila. We have had to ask a family member to pay the £3000 fare on a credit card for us to sort at a later date. @qatarairways are now saying they need the credit card at check in 😬😬😬😬
