@RoyalMailHelp sent a guaranteed by 1pm parcel on the 5th December and according to tracking had barely moved! What a great service!!! Have also sent 2 DMs about this and not heard a thing.
How are small businesses expected to survive?? Unhappy customers and unhappy me...
