@ATTHelp 1 got lost in transit and took 2 weeks for someone from AT&T to help me with that on the phone and the order that got delivered today was tampered with the item clearly stolen. Spent 2 hours on the phone with customer service earlier & left feeling a very disappointed customer.

1/2 - @ATT you need to find a new shipping carrier for your products. Been trying to get a new phone for over a month: 1st order cancelled, 2nd order lost , 3rd order stolen (received literally an empty box with the packing label and the trade in label taken.
