@Hermesparcels why do you constantly get it wrong. Every other delivery company can do it. Apparently I wasn’t in and no safe place to deliver. I was in and so were the neighbours. Plus no redelovery today. Seriously annoyed.
@VodafoneUK I’ve just had the WORST customer service experience with your ridiculous online bot service. I’ve spent 45mins explaining my situation only for the call handler to not resolve the issue and end the conversation. I need a number to call
@PurplebricksUK Great that you’re continuing to “sell” shame you’re failing to provide a good service to your current customers. I’m still waiting for a call back despite your customer service telling me twice that someone will call back. Your service is abominable
I’m at my wits end @PurplebricksUK your property managers need better training, I’m a landlord (with lots of Issues with Tennant) who has been waiting 2 weeks for a call back!!! #horrendousservice
