@Apple I have cancelled my subscription for Apple TV, there are no subscriptions showing on my Apple Account yet money has been taken from my bank account for this. It needs to be refunded to me .

@GMB prepayment meters, you should also be given a chance to come back off them if you have proven you pay every month for over 12 months. Not the case though, financial difficulties explained to supplier still put on metre now no chance of getting off it and being charged more

@ScottishPower anyone else not able to use the mobile app, not connecting to metre unable to top up from app... have to go out to post office to top up. Not useful.

@SP_EnergyPeople I have been trying to actually speak to an actual person for over a week. Had a chat over the webchat but need to speak to a person. I need to speak to a person and EVERY time I call customer services I get cut off due to it being busy. I need help

@virginmedia so yet again services are down and we are paying over and above for tv services. I honestly feel that this is ridiculous constant freezing, buffers, resets. Unbelievable

@SP_EnergyPeople app is not letting me top up, don't have barcode to go to paypoint as never given any. Now meters are running low as couldn't top up yesterday either.... what am I to do ?

@DVLAgovuk absolute joke number plates stolen and trying to report, unable to get through to anyone. Have an incident report number from police. Can I drive with paper number plate in window until replacement arrives? Don't know can't get through.
