@AirIndiaX @MoCA_GoI This incident happened yesterday i.e., on 12/10/2024 on an Air India Express flight IX1940 (Trivandrum to Hyderabad). My son aged 7 years needed to use the toilet urgently to urinate but the air hostess (last name Singh) blocked him.
