We're excited to share with you the cover for @emstylesauthor's The Shark! A dark and voice-led serial killer thriller that subverts the tropes of crime fiction at every turn, it's an unforgettably propulsive novel about victimhood, power and autonomy: https://t.co/2EssdeLi8E

@Bill626 Jaws made quite an impression on me as a kid. I recently rewatched and was reminded what a great film it is. I hope you enjoy the book! Now want to see this https://t.co/tsYQioicrA

#BookReview The Shark by @emstylesauthor is set in Australia, it’s a revenge thriller where nothing is as it seems, and honestly, I didn’t know who to trust from the start.
The characters are properly unhinged, in that messy, morally grey way where you’re questioning everyone… but also can’t look away. HURRAH 🙌🏻
I genuinely raced through it. The tension was on point the whole time, and every time I thought I had it figured out, it completely flipped. It seriously kept me guessing right to the end.
It’s dark, a bit chaotic in the best way, and really leans into that “who’s the real monster here?” question.
If you like your thrillers twisty, gritty, and full of questionable decisions, you’ll want to pick this up. GO!
Looking forward to sharing the full cover of #DarkDeedsDownUnder 3 in a few weeks. In the meantime, why not grab our fabulous earlier editions, full of amazing Aussie & Kiwi crime & thriller writing.
@jaffareadstoo@BooksSphere@HannahHargrave8 Thank you for the thoughtful review Jo! I so appreciate it. Also love your pics of Jaffa and Timmy. I have a big soft spot for ginger cats 🧡🧡🧡
@welshmardymum@ConwyLibraries Oh thank you! So glad you enjoyed meeting the girls, I do miss them. A fair few libraries are getting The Shark in I think. I hope you can get your hands on a copy.
Always great to pop into @waterstonesncl to sign some books. Mostly the new paperbacks of The Inside Man but quite a few of the others too. If you fancy a signed copy then you know what to do (while stocks last!)
