Teacher effectiveness is not greatly improved by curriculum, new programs, or initiatives. But, when teachers are respected, valued, supported, & feel like their talents are utilized, then morale increases, job engagement soars, & students benefit too!

Today is third day of Ethiopian University Lecturers #jobstrike.

We can't ensure Education quality with a lot of meetings, conferences and online examination. Lecturers are the main actors but they shouldn't have to worry about survival. @fdremoe
