The case is about Peter Nthei Muoki (via his firm Beluga Ltd) suing Safaricom. In 2021 he pitched them his MTIN Mobile Wallet USSD idea—a parental-control M-Pesa wallet for teens without IDs. Safaricom later launched a very similar product called "Manage Child Account".

How can this be possible for a meter which has been non-operational and disconnected.
2024, meters get vandalized and later get prepaid.
I get a bill off Kes 300k plus of the non existent meter.
Now the bill is 775,448.72
