I have sat in tens of job interview panels in the past year and I am seeing a worrying trend. The boy child is not showing up!!! The girl child comes in with all the fight in her and ends up winning the day. Super prepared and knowledgeable.
What is going on with the boy child? Are we as men relaxed or we go into interviews with an entitled mindset?

Old school parents like mine told us that being a lawyer, engineer, doctor, pilot, hold a masters/PhD meant you were the elite and life would be super. Society would bow for you. Well, from all the happenings today, I think they were very wrong!!
Gig economy has a better calibre of people solving today’s societal challenges. They are busy putting in the work and making the money.
