@JustFabUK apparently you take money from people even after cancelling and without any notice - and refuse to refund. So in essence stealing

[EMMY✨ @emupintheclouds]

@JustFabUK have already been sent round in circles like this on the phone for hours

[EMMY✨ @emupintheclouds]

@Amy_Wilson98 @JustFabUK £35 just doesn't cover it tbh. I feel for everyone else in this situation too as there seem to be hundreds

[EMMY✨ @emupintheclouds]

@Amy_Wilson98 @JustFabUK again soon regarding everything else cos I was NOT satisfied. 😡

[EMMY✨ @emupintheclouds]

@Amy_Wilson98 @JustFabUK please DM me about this if you have any luck etc. I told her I'd take the latest refund but will be calling back

[EMMY✨ @emupintheclouds]

@Amy_Wilson98 @JustFabUK *discuss company policy. 😂😂😡😡😡😡

[EMMY✨ @emupintheclouds]

@Amy_Wilson98 @JustFabUK I asked the woman if they steal money off people unknowingly then. And she hesitated massively, before going on to

[EMMY✨ @emupintheclouds]

@Amy_Wilson98 @JustFabUK YES YES AND YES

[EMMY✨ @emupintheclouds]

@chellemccann @JustFabUK same thing happened to me. Any luck on a refund? I've finally managed to cancel my account.

[EMMY✨ @emupintheclouds]

@Amy_Wilson98 @JustFabUK same here, me neither.
