@mrlube My engine slash shield was mangled after my oil change this past Saturday. Iโve emailed customer support and received no response. Extremely disappointed. Iโm appalled that someone took so little care to replace the shield correctly and securely.
@TheExpositor@Bell installed a fiber optic cable way too low, so low that a transport truck just hit it and ripped it out of our house along with our hydro cables. Incredible negligence from @Bell installing cable to low AND connected to hydro cables.
Weโve been on the phone with @Bell but they didnโt seem to take it seriously and actually said โitโs not our fault a transport truck hit the cable.โ

@Bell@cbcgopublic a Bell tech recently installed our internet cable too low AND fasted it to our hydro cables. A transport truck drove down our st this morning and ripped it out of our home, along with our hydro. Now have no internet and hydro due to a careless and lazy mistake.
@Bell_Support Need to know that you are taking this situation seriously. Per city workers and cops *your* technician installed our internet dangerously low. Weโre going to need to be compensated for the electrical work. Iโm losing a morning of work (work from home under stay at home order).
@RikRankin Bree and Roger are so relatable. I adore them. I can relate to their faults. They feel very real to me. Jamie and Claire are kind of otherworldly (not a bad thing though, don't get me wrong. I worship them), but I feel like I could hang out with B&R! โค๏ธ
