@lmesseri @baym@singsingsolo "AI of the Tiger" is upcoming this fall. Unfortunately no puns in this title, but I did say "bear life" approximately 500 times.
Looking forward to giving this Zoom talk on Monday on my new research on wildlife tracking and AI for the Carnegie Museum of Natural History’s Moriarty Science Seminar series! https://t.co/5ELlC86jGM
Join us this Thursday in our Zoom room for another one of our book duets, this time featuring @grogers_pitt and @emwanderer in conversation! https://t.co/DxFx4cPrXj
@ShiraDina@ConservResearch@ConversationEDU@JunoIsHere @virbeatum Interesting article! Compassionate conservation (as described here) sounds misguided, but at the same time I agree with Rob that the article's framing of science and emotions as mutually exclusive is a mistake. @DollyJorgensen has done great work on emotions and conservation.
I'm looking forward to presenting my book next Monday as part of this great series! Join for talk about axolotls, transgenic corn, Judas goats, and infectious disease.
