@Beko @BekoUK Also I had cleaned it all out and put it on a rinse before I started the wash. It does this all the time and it’s washing into my next load. It isn’t fit for purpose if it’s doing this. Iv had washer dryers for years and never had this problem
@beko also It’s a washer dryer that leaves lint all over the door seal and glass when it’s finished which washes into the next load. It’s not fit for purpose but again told it’s unfixable but engineer put no fault found on paperwork. It’s 2 month old
@Beko @BekoUK I’ve contacted them every day last week and been told engineer can’t find a fault, you will be charged and we aren’t sending anyone else out until you pay. I don’t know what else I’m supposed to do apart from go to trading standards now. This is off 1 wash today

@BekoUK iv been told this noise is normal for a 2 month old machine by beko. I’m going to be charged because the engineer has recorded no fault. I can’t get a 2nd engineer until I pay for the 1st and this is still under warranty. Very unhappy 2 be told I’m stuck with the machine
