Once I’ve added the leaves, I pick up a #paletteknife and apply the #bluesky in a soothing way. This is helping me accept the emotions around the 2 #miscarriages I had during lockdown, in the absence of other support. We need to #changethemiscarriagestory in this country. @tommys

Getting out some emotion into the trunk of this tree helps me accepting the 2 #miscarriages I had during lockdown. I then have fun painting the leaves. An insight into how I’m using the #poweroftrees to overcome #PTSD, and growing a #forestofteees in my studio👍 #lookup x🌳
