Can anyone make sense of this @British_Airways flight cost £400 on their website and when I call to change my existing flight which have already paid £200 for they want an additional £28,000

Spent 4 and half hours on phone to @British_Airways to change a flight and they keep putting me on hold and hanging up. My flight is tomorrow and needs to be changed like they do it on purpose!

Booked a holiday with @lastminute_com , hotel is saying on day 3 booking has been cancelled and chucking us out and last min are not contacting us. No contact number NEVER use them again! Terrible stuck homeless in Greece
