@_Kalyan_K i want to bring this to your notice. I had the most horrible experience from @Flipkart . Despite providing everything asked from @flipkartsupport no action has been taken. I am writing to you in hope to get it resolved as @flipkartsupport has stopped responding

@flipkartsupport keeps telling me I am 'unreachable' despite sharing 4 contact no., Email & availability in flipkart message on its app.
I will NEVER buy a single product from @Flipkart though i was a plus member before. Everyone should be aware of their practices.

Thread- My horrible @Flupkart experience
I ordered an air conditioner from @Flipkart . As 1item was missing, i asked for a replacement requesting to process the replacement within 3days as i will be traveling. The executives assured me that it will be done.

Still after 16+ days, I am struggling to get the product returned. Every time a new executive calls who assures me it will be resolved & nothing happens. They just update my query as resolved on the app without taking any action.

I missed only one call to which i also replied via Flipkart msg.

@flipkartsupport my query is still open & last day to resolve it is 7th May. I haven't received any call but just receiving mails that i am unreachable which is completely false! I am receiving all calls except flipkart supports'? What kind of sham is this?
