In addition, LovCom will like previous times provide the inhabitants of the community basic amenities like clothing, food, school supplies, and also provide some health services like eye screening, BP checks, random blood sugar test and menstrual health education for women.

Dedenya is a town in Shai Hills, a suburb of Accra. The town depends on a stream which dries up in some seasons of the year. Previous interventions by the town in the form of boreholes presents with brackish (salty) water.

LovCom wants to provide the town with fresh water by connecting pipelines from a neighboring town. The nearest neighboring town with access to fresh water is 3.4km away. Estimated cost for the project is USD6000.
