We will be walking princess pheobe on her final journey with a princess escort & we really want to grant the wish of raising the money for a Cinderella carriage & help her family give her the funeral she deserves

This week we made Xmas wish come early for a patient at Myton hospice granting final wishes is something we’re so proud of and creating special moments for families is why we’re up for community award at the @foodieaward awards we grant hundreds of wishes just like this for free to those that need us the most
