I have seen wittiness requirements for French and Dutch police for encro and none got allowed . It’s ridiculous

What will happen to encrochat evidence when the courts are shown conclusive proof the data was intercepted after it left handset, when the Consensus has been for almost 3 years (including CoA) that if it was NOT taken from handset it’s INADMISSIBLE. More corruption? #encrochat

That’s definitely what happened, once it’s proved it will be hard for them to wriggle out of - I think
