Fable 5 最反直觉的一点：你给旧模型精心调的 prompt，在它身上是减分项。

最近切模型踩了一圈坑，记几条，都是真实报错换来的：

1. thinking 配置整个删掉。 budget_tokens 会 400，disabled 也 400。它的思考是永远在线的，只能不传或传 adaptive，深度用 effort 控制。temperature 那几个采样参数也全删了。
2. 先查 stop_reason 再读 content。 Fable5 有安全分类器,拒答时返回 200 但 content 是空数组,直接 content[0] 的代码会出问题。加 fallbacks 参数可以让服务端自动落回 Opus 4.8。
3. token 多 30%。 换了分词器，你在 Opus 上算好的成本和 max_tokens 全作废，切之前最好用 count_tokens 拿真实 prompt 重测一遍。
4. 全线 400 先查合规配置。 开了 ZDR 的话，请求写得再对也是 400。我对着请求体查了很久问题根本不在代码里。
5. 单轮能跑十几分钟，超时和流式提前安排好，不然UI看着像是挂了。
6. 回到开头那条：把保姆级 prompt 砍一半。 只留目标和约束，别教它步骤，输出反而更好。

另外就是价格问题，日常的活用 Opus 4.8 就够了。Fable 5 还是留给过夜任务和大重构这种规划类的硬骨头吧。

切之前照这六条核一遍，能省你一下午的 debug。
