We know that communication exists between animals. But it is surprising to know that they can be just as complex as us. They each have different ways of communicating and technology in Zoolingua can create a link with us in the future. #ENCS393

A new phone called Nyooro, which uses a new very powerful processor, shows an increase in performance that is simply astonishing. However, the key chip in question seems to be a hybrid using human cells, raising ethical concerns. #ENCS393

@Toby62907846#ENCS393 While it is not a perfect solution, I believe a system for anonymous cyberbullying reports should be available. The main reason why victims often don't speak up against bullying is because of possible backlash. Anonymity gives strength to victims to speak up.
@Toby62907846#ENCS393 I agree with you. I personally believe the idea of emotion and being "sentient" is something that is both subjective as well as impulsive. We often don't have reasonable reasoning and are not chosen through rational means. AI fails to do so as it is based on thinking.
@WyangP#ENCS393 Regarding this ethical dilemma, it is important to mention that the decisions in those moral choices often differ between cultures: Many eastern cultures value protecting elder due to their respect for them while the western culture protects young ones for their future.
We briefly learned about the blue whale challenge in one of Monday's presentations. The game mostly died down by 2017, but it is important to note that the challenge was also present under different names. It wouldn't hurt to be careful of them.#ENCS393
