We have continuously called for transparency regarding the management of waiting lists at Children's Health Ireland (CHI), particularly regarding systemic issues with patient data. Hospital boards and their management are directly responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of patient data reported to the National Treatment Purchase Fund (NTPF). However, @CHI_Ireland failed to properly list many children according to national protocols, which resulted in misleading data being reported.

This mismanagement has been ongoing, with parents often having to resort to Freedom of Information (FOI) requests just to ascertain their child's waitlist status—an unacceptable practice that reflects broader issues of data integrity. The NTPF relies on accurate submissions from hospitals to track outpatient, inpatient, and day case lists, but CHI's failure in this regard has meant that reported NTPF figures have not accurately represented the true scale of delays.

The board of CHI, responsible for oversight of these reporting processes, has clearly failed to uphold these critical responsibilities. Reported a fault on Monday the 22nd of January, still no phone or Broadband internet n 1st of Feb. I have spoken to support on numerous occasions and DM’ed the twitter team but still no resolution.
Eir have the worst customer support of any company I have ever dealt with.

I reported a fallen cable in the 22nd ( 9 days ago ) I have been without broadband during this time. I have called support the last two days and Manoj cannot give me an ETA as to when the issue will be resolved.I have DM’ed your X support and you have been of no help.
