1/16 the ai industry is making an unusual bet: buy compute for years, sell intelligence by the token. banks, commodity merchants, airlines, utilities and cloud providers each explain a different part of the risk.
@CraigBr13961410 Ask grok to pull all the manifests from SpaceX and look at the timing between customer launches at that pad. And look at timing from when BB arrive at cape and launch. It’s 18-25 days from arrival. Nov 3-5 is expected timing within normal window.
@LuckyStuey@AverySullivan77 Last launch on the pad was Oct 20th. BB arrived Oct 9/10. At least 17-25 days from arrival to launch this year. Still in the window through Nov 5th.
@LuckyStuey@AverySullivan77 Do the math on timing between launches for customers from 40 and timing from when AST arrives at cape and launch takes place. Nov 3-5.
Quite an inference leap to say there is clearly a problem securing next slot when they are still within the normal launch cadence for arrival at cape and prior launch on Oct 20th. I get it you want to beat up all the mean spacemob who were merciless to you on the way up. That’s cool.
@AverySullivan77 Still within normal launch cadence window. Last launch on 40 was Oct 20th. Integration within the normal window. Expecting Nov 3-5 launch most likely.
$ASTS: 🧩SpaceX spent $22B on Echostar's global S-Band spectrum. Based on SpaceX's stock price performance, that transaction is now valued at $48B.
Today AST SpaceMobile received an allocation of 15+15MHz of S-Band spectrum from Brazil's regulator Anatel in exchange for a commitment to invest in and deploy its direct-to-device satellite broadband service across the country.
AST is expected to pick up more S- and L-Band spectrum licenses globally as regulators look to foster sovereign solutions deployed through local MNO partners.

Really? The transatlantic slave trade is the absolute worst crime in all of human history?
What about the Arab slave trade that lasted 4 times longer, had a 20-50% death rate, and forcefully castrated all males? Where the female:male ratio was 3:1 since it was almost exclusively females being forced into sex slavery?
Did they consider Mao Zedong's forced famines that killed 30 million people? What about the mongol conquests that killed 40 million people, or the holocaust that killed 3x more people than the transatlantic slave trade ever did?
@thekookreport It’s cool. And incremental. But need progress on manuf and launch. The key question too is how much capacity the sats have given processing and power constraints (assuming they have all the spectrum in the world).
🗼 BLUE ORIGIN'S NEW GLENN TOWER IS BACK
CEO Dave Limp: "Module 9 done. Standing tall again at LC-36! The Vehicle Access Tower is fully assembled, with every module repaired and back in place. This was a monumental effort."
I will never forget the day that I watched Democrats refuse to stand for Iryna Zarutska’s mother at the State of the Union.
It was so shockingly evil, that even while I watched it, I could barely believe it.
Honestly, I still can’t.
It was so insanely radicalizing.
