A zatem te 11 zamówionych Tu-214, to kompletnie martwy zapis.
Pierwszy nowy egzemplarz oblatano w styczniu 2022 r. (o nazwie własnej „Walentina Tierieszkowa”) i wraz z drugim zbudowanym w lutym 2024 r. przekazano go wojsku.
Tymczasem propagandziści poinformowali o dostawie nowych, nowo wyprodukowanych Tu-160M.

🔥 UPDATE:
A Russian Pantsir fired its 30-mm automatic guns at aerial targets over Lipetsk tonight. Its shells burst in the sky without hitting them. Air defence was active above the city. But this gunfire did not bring the targets down.
A fire was also reported in the area of NLMK, the Novolipetsk steelworks, after air-defence activity or a falling object. Flames and thick smoke rose behind rooftops. An orange glow was visible from farther across the city. The report places the fire near the plant, not necessarily inside it.
Earlier tonight, missile alerts sounded across several Russian regions, while initial reports from Lipetsk described impacts and a fire toward the airfield. The Pantsir engagement and the fire near NLMK add another part of the night's events: Russian guns were firing over Lipetsk, and a blaze followed in the industrial area.

BIG | 🇺🇸🇷🇺‼️ A new bill introduced in the U.S. Congress seeks to completely prohibit diesel fuel trade between the United States and Russia, ban investment in Russia’s energy sector and force the Trump administration to impose additional sanctions on Moscow.
The proposed legislation would terminate existing licenses related to Russian energy activities and prohibit further investment, with the stated objective of reducing Moscow’s oil and gas revenues. Meanwhile, Vladimir Putin’s special representative for economic affairs, Kirill Dmitriev, criticized Senator Lindsey Graham’s sanctions legislation, arguing that it would damage joint Russian-American projects and undermine both countries’ roles in global energy markets. Dmitriev also claimed that the legislation, which he said was scheduled to take effect within two days, was increasingly being recognized in the United States as a misguided measure.
🔥 The competing developments highlight a widening dispute over U.S. economic relations with Russia. While Dmitriev is emphasizing the potential benefits of Russian-American energy cooperation, lawmakers seeking tougher restrictions are focusing on the revenues Moscow derives from the sector. The outcome will help determine whether Washington increases financial pressure on Russia’s war economy or preserves opportunities for renewed energy trade.

TRUMP, PUTIN, AND RUSSIAN DATA CENTERS: IS ANOTHER BETRAYAL OF UKRAINE COMING?
Kirill Dmitriev, Putin's special envoy, recently made a rather revealing statement:
"We have a list of projects, and we are following it very closely. Data centers were also mentioned here. We are discussing joint Russian-American projects involving data centers, including the use of our nuclear power plants."
Friends, tell me something. How many of you even knew what data centers were before the Ukrainian Armed Forces started destroying them on Russian territory?
And now, apparently, we discover that data centers are one of the key areas of future cooperation between Washington and Moscow. According to Dmitriev, these joint projects are supposed to move forward even before Russia's so-called "special military operation" in Ukraine comes to an end.
I have to say, Moscow and Washington are becoming remarkably clumsy at hiding what they're doing.
Do you know what I think this statement from that Kremlin bastard really means?
I suspect that Donald Trump's next demand to Ukraine will be to stop attacking Russian data centers.
And I can practically imagine how the Kremlin might have packaged this proposal for the Trump administration.
"Mr. President, your approval ratings are collapsing ahead of the congressional midterm elections. Republicans are losing support. Your ideological allies in Germany's Alternative for Germany (AfD), Marine Le Pen's political movement in France, and other far-right parties around the world are also struggling. And do you know who's responsible? Ukraine!"
The Kremlin could then offer an explanation perfectly designed to appeal to Trump's ego and paranoia: Ukrainian strikes supposedly destroyed three Russian supercomputers and major data centers, knocking tens of thousands of Russian propaganda bots offline. Those bots, the story would go, had been artificially boosting Trump, Republicans, and their political allies across Europe.
Without their digital army, their political ratings supposedly began to collapse.
Now, to be clear, this is my interpretation of what the Kremlin might tell Trump, not an established explanation for the decline in anyone's political support. But given what we've already witnessed, would anyone really be surprised if Moscow tried to sell him such a story?
And here's the million-dollar question: Would Donald Trump take the bait?
I suspect he already has.
I wouldn't be surprised if the next thing we see is Trump appearing on American television to accuse Ukraine of interfering in U.S. elections. Alternatively, he could simply demand that President Zelenskyy stop Ukrainian strikes against Russian data centers, conveniently protecting infrastructure that Moscow now wants to develop in partnership with American companies.
Think about the absurdity of that situation. Russia invades Ukraine, destroys Ukrainian cities, attacks civilian infrastructure, and kills innocent people. Meanwhile, Washington and Moscow discuss potential business opportunities involving Russian infrastructure that Ukraine has every reason to consider strategically important.
And then Ukraine could be told to stop defending itself because Russian-American business interests might be affected.
Is that what American foreign policy has become?
Of course, we don't yet know whether Trump intends to make such a demand. But Dmitriev's remarks raise questions that deserve serious attention, especially given the broader political relationship between Washington and Moscow.
One thing is certain: I would not underestimate the Kremlin's willingness to manipulate Trump, flatter his ego, and exploit his obsession with ratings and elections.
As for the intelligence displayed by the political operators on both sides, sometimes I genuinely wonder whether we're dealing with world leaders or a particularly confused aquarium full of guppies.
What do you think? Will Trump eventually demand that Ukraine stop striking Russian data centers?
Russia is getting a taste of its own medicine.
St. Petersburg and the surrounding Leningrad region came under the largest Ukrainian drone attack, with hundreds of drones targeting critical infrastructure.
According to russian reports the following objects were hit:
The St. Petersburg Oil Terminal.
The VKontakte data center.
The 330 kV Vostochnaya electrical station.
A major cable-stayed bridge in St. Petersburg.
Parts of the region experienced electricity outages and disruptions to water supplies.
For years, russia has systematically attacked Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, oil facilities, and civilian infrastructure, trying to plunge Ukrainian cities into darkness.
Now, the war is increasingly reaching russia’s own critical infrastructure.
Putin wanted to destroy Ukraine’s economy. Instead, he is destroying russia’s economy.
Russia can stop this war at any moment by leaving Ukrainian territory.
🔥 UPDATE:
The Petersburg Oil Terminal is now named as the main target of the Saint Petersburg strikes. Multiple hits set the tank farm on fire in the Great Port. Russia's largest oil product transshipment terminal on the Baltic. It handles 10-12 million tonnes a year. It has over 30 tanks, 441,000 cubic meters of storage, and covers 37 hectares.
The VK data center we reported earlier is the ICVA facility. Designed for 63 MW, it holds over 3,800 server racks. The hit caused a large-scale failure of services across the network. Cloud platforms went down with them.
Next to it stands the 330 kV Vostochnaya substation. Released footage shows an impact there. Part of the city and the region lost power. Reports also point to a hit on a bridge.
The attack on the city and the region is still going on.
Russia launched this war. It can end each of these nights by leaving Ukrainian land. Until it does, its fuel exports, servers and grid will keep burning.

The old world order continues to collapse, along with its political, economic, and security systems. Some countries are still trying to rely on the rules established after 1945, while Russia, China and others who are dissatisfied are demanding new rules to gain greater political influence.
We discussed challenges to international security with officers from the Netherlands who are participating in the Higher Defence Education programme. Under these conditions, can the existing security system protect the old world order? That is a big question. Europe needs new doctrines and a new security system that will take into account the realities of modern warfare. It is not just about technology and drones, but about the tactics for their employment, their integration into the organizational structure of the armed forces, and the establishment of new production facilities.
