I wasn’t able to watch Côte d’Ivoire v. Ecuador, but
• Hope we sign Diomande despite PSG interest
• Both teams on paper seem fairly equal, just from seeing the goal it looks like one good moment was the decider

Netherlands v. Japan
• Depay STINKER, Frimpong could’ve done more.
• Considering both teams 2022 run, this was slightly poor from the Netherlands, felt like they lost all energy when the subs came on somehow
• Japan played really well but…

Germany v. Curaçao
• A big blowout, but Curaçao’s equalizer must have hit like crazy for their fans
• Slot should live in shame for how he made Wirtz play
• I was slightly concerned for Germany coming to this WC but this performance could signal a good run

Australia v. Türkiye
• Incredibly disappointing from Türkiye, Szoboszlai on Güler’s head tho👀👀
• Australia was weird as though they had a low block, I don’t think I’ve been this scared of a team on the counter, very unexpected and promising for Australia

Haiti v. Scotland
• An amazing game, yet I was disappointed by both sides
• Scotland felt like they couldn’t build up much from the midfield
• Haiti should have won that game, the end product needs so much work
• Overall was a fantastic game, but concerning from Scotland

Brazil v. Morocco pt2
• Brazil was eh, I’ve never been a fan of Ancelloti ball, it relies too much on individual performances which showed today
• Vinicius was the best player for Brazil, but it felt like he never saw the ball enough for him to cook
• Concerning from Brazil

Brazil v. Morocco
• Morocco played really well, but it made me really question why they needed to do all of the AFCON drama when they are such a good team to where they didn’t need to do all of that.
• Morocco could easily make another amazing run, it was a top top performance

Qatar v. Switzerland
• Couldn’t watch some of this match, but man a Switzerland WC team without Shaqiri is so weird and off putting.
• Amazing last minute goal for Qatar to FINALLY get a point at a wc

U.S.A. v. Paraguay
• My thoughts on the USMNT are mixed if not negative, but as an American football fan, they must succeed for the sport and Poch got them playing really good football, easily my favorite team to watch outside of bias

Canada v. Bosnia & Herzegovina
• Was probably the most boring match so far, Bosnia held out really well and the goal was deserved
• Canada was so disappointing and their reliance on Davies was so clear during the match

South Korea v. Czechia
• South Korea played incredibly, some of the best football I’ve seen this season (I’ve had to watch slot ball…), they need slightly better passing and I wouldn’t be surprised if they top their group
• Czechia -> better Arsenal

Mexico v. South Africa
• South Africa stunk up the whole game and it’s hard to see them making it out the group
• If Mexico keep this up, they could make a good run, some of the fouls and the red card felt really unnecessary. Happy for Raul Jimenez tho
