Proud to see @endorsed_ai featured in @FortuneMagazine today for our work combating candidate fraud.
As the article reports, we’ve found that about half of applications to remote IT roles show fraud patterns.
This is why we had to redesign identity verification for recruiting.
Conventional identity verification tools are not reliable or efficient enough to address this type of fraud. Fraudsters routinely circumvent them with "ID mules" to pass verification, while the process is too burdensome for teams to use across their entire applicant pool.
85% of our customers use an ATS that offers built-in fraud detection. Those who relied on it came to us because it flagged too many legitimate candidates and missed too many fraudsters. Their recruiters lost trust in the results.
In both scenarios, recruiters are back to manually reviewing candidates for fraud, while the security risks remain unresolved.
What teams needed was accurate, compliant fraud detection at the point of application, with no additional steps for the candidate, all inside their ATS.
My cofounder Kevin and I are glad to build this for recruiting and security teams, and help the job applicants who were getting lost in a sea of fraudulent resumes.

I would have thought we were years off from @endorsed_ai being on a billboard in Times Square, but here we are! 🚀
Grateful to Kevin Fu, @Jake_Schwartz, and the Endorsed team, as well as our customers and investors who have accompanied us on this startup journey 🙏
And finally a big thank you to @brexHQ for helping with get exposure in NYC!
🔍 Feature Launch: Score & Criteria Filters 🔍
We're thrilled to introduce @endorsed_ai's new filtering technology designed to further enhance the quality and speed of resume review.
✨ AI Criteria Filters
Typically, recruiting apps offer around 10 standard filters like string search and location, which are often too broad and limited.
Now in Endorsed, you can use your AI evaluation criteria as filters. This means you can filter on anything, from "Lives in San Francisco" to "First 10 employees at a Series B startup.”
This is a much more powerful and elegant way to handle filtering, and we expect many AI-enabled apps to follow this trend.
📊 Score Range Filter
In addition to Criteria Filters, our new Score Range Filter lets you see only candidates who meet a certain evaluation score.
Together, these features help you find better candidates, hire faster, and streamline resume reviews.

🔒 Security & Compliance Update 🔒
I'm excited to announce that @endorsed_ai is now GDPR and CCPA compliant!
As we continue to serve more enterprise customers with complex security, we're dedicated to upholding the highest standards in security and compliance.
Thank you to @christinacaci, @TrustVanta, and @TrustWorkstreet for the support in achieving this milestone!
🚀 Feature Launch: Rapid Criteria Refinement 🚀
Now you can improve @endorsed_ai's ability to find your top applicants by quickly and easily adding, editing, and removing criteria.
It can be used unlimited times at no extra charge.
🔍 We built this because often, it takes reviewing a few applicants to pinpoint the critical signals to look for and those to avoid. For example, if you realized you want to focus on applicants who were recently in an IC role and not management.
🎯 Now you can easily refine your criteria for the AI to factor in these updated signals and re-rank and re-score applicants.
💡 We’ve observed from users that each refinement can double the chances that the top applicants Endorsed displays are the ones you end up interviewing, significantly reducing the time spent doing review.
This is just one of many reasons why @Seekr_io stomps the competition ⬇️
Our integration with @endorsed_ai just cut back my typical sourcing & outreach flow from 2+ hours to less than 30 minutes.
We save time & our clients get highly-aligned candidates way quicker.
Win-Win.
What will recruiting apps look like in @OpenAI's new GPT Store?
Just like ChatGPT serves hyper-personalized information without the need to visit other websites, recruiting apps in the GPT Store will serve hyper-personalized talent to hire without visiting other websites.
Hiring managers will install a GPT app, then ChatGPT will capture requirements in natural language, and instantly serve up a targeted short-list of talent.
Who will build the best GPT apps for recruiting? Specialized talent marketplaces.
Think:
- @studionow app for hiring creatives
- @MarketerHire app for hiring marketers
- @gundotio and @Seekr_io apps for hiring software engineers
- @FOHandBOH app for hiring hospitality workers
Why will specialized recruitment marketplaces create the best recruiting apps? Because in a world where the interface is the same, competing will come down to who collects the best data on their talent pool to enable the personalized matching.

Great advice on competing with GPT from @BorisMPower yesterday at the @agihouse_ai hackathon. Some of my key takeaways:
- Write longer prompts. Most people write a few sentences. Write a half page to a page. Be as specific as possible with what you want the AI to do as if it were human.
- If you’re worried about OpenAI disrupting your idea on their next update, specialize your app to a certain vertical. They’re trying to stay generalized and build AGI. Also, focus on solving problems that require a human in the loop versus full automation. Full automation will probably get disrupted in the next model update.
- Obsession with your users and understanding them is ultimately the most important skill.
- Creativity will ultimately become more of a competitive advantage as the AIs reduce the need for technical skill.
