@FlySWISS Noah, I have done so many times, but the Lost Baggage Department tells me there is nothing they can do until it is turned in. Do you have someone there that is willing to do something differently? It is back in Zurich so should not be a far walk for someone right now.

@FlySWISS Sorry, baggage isn't delayed, my phone is stuck in the seat. I've filled out the requested form, called the number, and went to the office in person...They told me there is nothing they can do unless someone turns it in. I need someone to actually look in the seat. :)
