Just watched the 1V 8 final. Would be great for fans to be able to see the team celebration, boat reactions, people hugging, all of the fun stuff you see after a race... instead of just an empty picture of the finish line... Think about your fans' experience.
It is not that thinking is bad, and non-thinking is good. True freedom is when we are equally content, no matter what arises in the mind; free from bias, beyond any idea of thought vs no-thought, or this vs that
The little things add up to make a big difference. Fight going into autopilot mode and focus on the task at hand.
The best put in work that is:
Consistent + Intentional

Thanks to the folks at @calm for sharing this quote. It references what I like to call The Eye of the Hurricane. And responding vs. reacting. Both are crucial concepts in #mindfulness. “Respond from the center of the hurricane, rather than reacting from the chaos of the storm."
Though I've always been an Eagles fan, I never want to see anyone go down like #Dakprescott did yesterday.
Wishing him a full recovery. Stay strong my man.
Will always #reshare this article. I have my own mental wellness adventures with OCD and it's been a journey toward balance and thriving. Thanks, @BStulberg for sharing.
A little over 3 years ago, I was in a deep hole. Now, I am doing pretty great (all things considered). Still hard for me to share this story, but I'm doing so as a reminder: with therapy and medication if needed, recovery from mental illness IS possible. https://t.co/l1dHTcNevU
